A Coast Guard deckhand aboard USCGC Eagle, the service's square-rigged tall ship, in the North Atlantic for Sail 250. The watch is almost too on the nose: a Bulova Snorkel Sail 4th, the special edition Bulova built for America's 250th and the tall ship gathering the Eagle sailed for. First frame is the ship herself, crew laid out along the yards, colors flying. The others are the red dial against her sails and resting on the rail. The watch was made for the occasion, and it found the right wrist.
