An investigator and task force officer, photographed on a Michigan range with loose rounds and magazines scattered across the bench beside him. The watch is a Helm Khuraburi, a couple of years into the rotation, and by his own account it has taken fugitive operations, range days and training with nothing to show for it but some scuffs on the clasp. He offered one detail that only comes from actually using a watch in the dark: one quick charge off the Streamlight and the markers are good from 0500 to sunrise.
