The Withings ScanWatch Nova is a hybrid: an analog dive-style watch on the outside, a health tracker underneath. It reads heart rate and blood oxygen and can take an ECG from the wrist, all behind traditional hands and a sapphire crystal rather than a screen. It is a different kind of tool watch, built to monitor the engine instead of just the mission.
